Craig Hauben, Chief Executive Officer
Craig Hauben is MediSpend’s chief executive officer. An executive with more than 25 years of experience in healthcare industry operations and sales management, Craig has guided the operational strategies of high-growth organizations.
Craig leverages his expertise in operations and sales to help MediSpend maximize its brand, expand its offerings and remain a leading global compliance technology company for the life sciences industry.
Well-known for his ability to adapt quickly to diverse environments, Craig has demonstrated success in conducting private equity transactions, driving business strategy and guiding organizations to optimal growth.
Before joining MediSpend’s leadership team, Craig was executive vice president of the Coding Business at Ciox Health. Earlier in his career, he held positions at North Shore-LIJ CareConnect Insurance Company and UnitedHealth Group. He remains a trustee at HGH Foundation, an advisory board member at WiderCircle, and a board member at Partners for Biliteracy.
Tim Robinson, Esq., Chief Legal and Privacy Officer
Tim Robinson is MediSpend’s chief legal and privacy officer. As the company’s co-founder and general counsel Tim has helped address the growing need for solutions to help pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers comply with transparency requirements.
Tim leverages his expertise in regulatory law to support MediSpend’s cloud-based software-as-a-service tools that facilitate compliance with state, federal, and global healthcare laws, including the Physician Payment Sunshine Act, the Anti-Kickback Statute, the False Claims Act and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
Tim also has supported customer deployments of MediSpend’s cloud-based compliance platform, and he speaks regularly at industry forums addressing healthcare compliance. He also serves on the company’s board of directors.
Before co-founding MediSpend, Tim began his law career in private practice, assisting entrepreneurial organizations with corporate formation, fund raising, and intellectual property law. He earned a Juris Doctor from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law and a Masters of Law in Taxation from the Boston University School of Law.
Seth Houston, Chief Commercial Officer
Seth Houston is MediSpend’s chief commercial officer. A 20-year veteran of the software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions industry, he has a passion for helping pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers use innovative technologies to solve business challenges and meet their objectives.
Seth draws on his leadership skills to drive all of MediSpend’s SaaS-based solutions and supporting advisory services.
Before joining MediSpend, Seth was managing director of IQVIA’s US Technology Solutions business unit, where he led cross-functional teams responsible for delivering SaaS-based solutions to life sciences clients. Earlier in his career, he held a variety of leadership positions in product management, marketing, sales and business development with OpenQ, Wolters Kluwer, Proscape Technologies, and IMS Health.

Jim Despelteau, Chief Technology Officer
Jim Despelteau is MediSpend’s chief technology officer. An executive with more than 30 years of research & development experience across multiple industries and technological disciplines, Jim drives the strategic technology vision, implementation and operation of MediSpend’s compliance cloud solution and application suite.
Jim draws on his experience in healthcare information technology systems, analytics and cloud-hosted software-as-a-service (SaaS) distribution to shape compliance technology solutions that meet the needs of life sciences companies today and into the future.
Before joining MediSpend, Jim served as chief technology officer at Qcentive, where he bootstrapped the R&D organization to launch the first version of its value-based contracting platform. Earlier in his career, he held senior positions at Verisk Health (now Verscend), where he led global product development and infrastructure teams supporting multiple population health analytics product lines. He has held technology leadership positions for companies in the CRM, enterprise collaboration, and semiconductor capital equipment industries.
Francoise Renaud Weiss, Vice President, Client Operations
Francoise Renaud Weiss is MediSpend’s vice president, Client Operations. With nearly 20 years experience in project and program management, and deep technical knowledge, Francoise coordinates and supervises implementation of MediSpend solutions for pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers.
Francoise leverages her expertise in software development and deployment of retail products, software-as-a-service and on-premise enterprise solutions to provide efficient identification, control and accountability of MediSpend’s software deliverables while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Customers benefit from Francoise’s ability to engage and communicate with technical and non-technical personnel at all organizational levels and across geographical locations.
Prior to joining MediSpend, Francoise was principal program manager, Mobility Professional Services, for Nuance Communications, where she directed all product launches of the company’s mobile speech applications. Throughout her career, she has been a leader in driving products from definition through launch and leading cross-functional teams on large-scale projects.
Suj Patel, Vice President, Client Services
Suj Patel is MediSpend’s vice president, Client Services. An executive with more than 20 years of experience delivering global, enterprise-wide solutions, he helps life sciences companies achieve the highest levels of success with MediSpend’s innovative solutions and customer-centric services.
Suj draws on his extensive experience in integrating web, e-commerce and cloud-based applications with custom-developed applications and packed solutions to ensure smooth deployment of the MediSpend application suite.
Suj has successfully implemented hundreds of projects for pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, as well as the banking and insurance sectors.
Prior to joining MediSpend, Suj worked in the dot-com industry and with consulting firms such as Deloitte Consulting, Capgemini, IMS, and Huron Consulting Group. He began his career as an application developer.
Neeraj Singhal, Vice President, Product Management
Neeraj Singhal is MediSpend’s vice president, Product Management. With more than 25 years experience in technology leadership, Neeraj drives development and commercialization of MediSpend’s portfolio of cloud-based solutions for healthcare and life sciences companies.
Neeraj leverages his product development expertise, including Six Sigma Black Belt certification, to lead MediSpend’s product management and professional services teams toward their strategic goal of providing proactive compliance tools that meet customers’ needs today and tomorrow.
Customers benefit from his extensive experience developing transparency products, leading large-scale implementations and managing global teams.
Prior to joining MediSpend, served as vice president of professional and client services at MDx Medical (Vitals) where he launched a software-as-a-service healthcare cost transparency product and implemented it for several large health plans. Earlier in his career he served as vice president of global product management and innovation at Cegedim and was a consultant for IGate Capital, where he was involved in multiple global customer relationship management system projects.
Diana Borges, Vice President, Compliance Solutions
Diana Borges is MediSpend’s vice president, Compliance Solutions. With more than 20 years of experience managing corporate compliance risks and developing global compliance programs, Diana delivers expert insights into navigating the regulatory environment today and tomorrow.
Diana has worked with small, midsize and large pharmaceutical and medical device companies. Her experience ranges from developing policies and procedures, creating monitoring programs, conducting audits, implementing corporate integrity agreements, implementing and overseeing third-party due diligence controls, and conducting compliance investigations.
Diana has provided top pharmaceutical organizations with practical compliance solutions that are both effective and efficient, and that position customers to address a dynamic regulatory landscape.
Prior to joining MediSpend, Diana was director of Corporate Compliance North America at Merz North America. Earlier in her career she held compliance management roles leading pharmaceutical companies and led a global pharmaceutical compliance consultancy. She frequently speaks on compliance issues at industry conferences.

Steve Eaton, Partner, EDG Partners
Stephen Eaton is co-founder and managing director of EDG Partners, a private equity investment firm focused on the healthcare sector. At EDG Steve has assisted portfolio companies as they set strategic direction, establish best practices and attract key executive leadership. His background in a variety of healthcare settings has allowed him to successfully identify specific healthcare market sectors for targeted investment. He serves on the EDG investment committee.
Prior to EDG, Steve was a successful investor, chief executive officer and entrepreneur in healthcare companies. He previously served on the board of directors of LaVie Healthcare, Housecall Medical, Navigator Group Purchasing, and Emory Healthcare. He was the founder, chief executive officer, and chair of the board of Centennial Healthcare. He currently serves on the board of directors at First Call Ambulance Services and at MediSpend, a cloud-based compliance solution primarily for pharmaceutical and medical device companies.
Steve has also been active in not-for-profit healthcare in Atlanta as past chair of the board of Saint Joseph’s Health System and Emory Saint Joseph’s Inc. He was also a board member at Mercy Care Services, a community-based provider of mobile and fixed site clinical services to underserved populations.
Steve currently is a board member of the Southeast Board for the U.S. Fund for UNICEF and Project Open Hand.
Dave Cormack, Chairman, Curve Dental Software
Dave Cormack currently serves as chairman at Curve Dental Software and vice-chairman of Scottish Premiership’s Aberdeen Football Club. Most recently, Cormack served as president and chief executive officer at Brightree where he led the start up to a market leader in the post-acute care industry. With over 35 years of experience in the software industry, Cormack has extensive knowledge and an international track record for building successful software organizations.
Prior to Cormack’s success with Brightree, he founded and developed two highly successful start-up ventures, Soft Systems Limited, a London-based vendor of business intelligence tools, and MiracleWorkers.com, an Atlanta-based market leader in internet recruiting for the healthcare industry, now owned by CareerBuilder.com. After the acquisition of Soft Systems by IQ Software, Cormack served as senior vice president of worldwide operations for this NASDAQ-listed business.
Cormack is a 1981 graduate of Aberdeen College of Commerce, Scotland. He and his wife, Fiona, founded the Cormack Family Foundation, a charitable trust which works with a range of charities and initiatives largely in support of young people and children around the world.
Steven C. Scott, President and Chief Executive Officer, PointRight
Steven C. Scott is the president and chief executive officer of PointRight. With over 30 years of experience building high-performance leadership teams, Steven has extensive experience managing service organizations with a strategic vision and clear sense of purpose.
Prior to joining PointRight, he was chief operating officer at ArroHealth, a privately held and rapidly growing medical record retrieval company providing risk adjustment and coding services to Medicare Advantage Health Plans. Steven was previously the general manager of the National Healthcare Practice for Perficient, Inc., a publicly held consulting and technology integration company, where he oversaw the expansion of its consulting services to provide solutions for enterprise data warehousing, healthcare analytics and digital/connected health solutions. In addition, Steven served as president & chief operating officer and senior vice president for resource planning and analytics at Matrix Medical Network, a privately held national medical management company providing high risk member management and prospective health risk assessments to health plans through its nationwide provider network. Before Matrix, he was the senior vice president of business development at Excelis Healthcare following its acquisition of American Physicians, Inc. where he served as chief executive officer.
Steven is a 1986 graduate of the University of Illinois and its Naval ROTC program. He served on active duty in the US Navy for 6 years and 16 years in the Navy Reserve as a naval intelligence officer, retiring at the rank of commander. Steven was recalled to active duty in June of 2005 and forward deployed to Baghdad as part of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Michaeline Daboul, Former MediSpend CEO
Michaeline is a veteran of the medical technology and pharmaceutical industries, with over 25 years of experience working in genomics research, pharmaceutical drug development/marketing and medical systems innovation. She has led organizations in the development of new technologies to create products and services for their Fortune 500 clients. She has spent the past 15 years as the co-founder and president of MediSpend, leading the company in the development of the MediSpend Global Compliance Platform, the Physicians Professional Network as well as custom enterprise data management platforms and software solutions for clients around the world.
Most recently, she has spearheaded the creation of MediSpend Insight, a business intelligence platform that delivers information on demand providing essential insight to mitigate risk and manage the day-to-day challenges faced by life science companies. Michaeline holds a bachelor of science degree in biochemistry from Rutgers University.
Miki Kapoor, President & CEO, Everyday Health Inc.
Miki Kapoor is president and chief executive officer of Verana Health, a technology company assembling the largest clinical databases in medicine to accelerate research. He has 20 years of healthcare experience across healthcare operations, finance, strategy and policy. Miki is passionate about public and private healthcare and believes there are substantial and achievable improvements that can be made to change the quality, access and cost equations for patients. He has a 10-year history of scaling businesses through building high-performing management teams, knowing the realities of healthcare intimately and creating a culture of results. His expertise is in building companies with a healthcare data foundation and scaling software-as-a-service businesses.
Miki was previously chief executive officer of Tea Leaves Health, a software-as-a-service and healthcare data company focused on health system strategic growth. Tea Leaves Health was sold to a strategic acquirer, Welltok, in 2017. Prior to Tea Leaves Health, he was president of a 750-person publicly-traded consumer healthcare and patient data company, Everyday Health (NYSE: EVDY). His work to aggressively scale Everyday Health while focusing it on utilizing vast amounts of consumer and medical data for effective patient and physician communication resulted in a successful exit to a large strategic acquirer. Miki also served as the head of the global payer and provider division for IMS Health, executive vice president of Health Systems for the Clinton Foundation while living in Africa and India. He has in-depth experience advising healthcare executives across the healthcare services and technology sectors for 10 years both at McKinsey & Company and on Wall Street. He is a Fulbright Fellow and formerly a visiting professor at two universities.
Miki holds a master of business administration and master of public health from Yale University and a bachelor degree in biology from Washington University in St. Louis. He serves on the boards of several healthcare organizations.
